Am avut 380 g brînza. Daca aveti prea mult lapte si nu stiti ce sa faceti cu el... faceti brînzica :D
- merge bine cu ou, stafide, arome - Pentru creme de brînza (strudele, placinte)
- se poate amesteca cu codimente
- se poate freca cu ceva smîntîna sau iaurt, pentru uns pe pîine
Maya nu stiu cum mi-a scapat reteta asta si pozele aferente ei insa e sublima! Mi-ai facut pofta de numa! Chiar acuma fac ricotta si branzica ce ramane am s-o folosesc pt a face bilutele tale cu condimente! Pup!
