Pentru 6 felii de pîine
- 1 ceapa violeta
- 2 rosii coapte bine
- 150 g scamorza afumata
- ulei de masline
- sare (fac.)

Curatam si spalam ceapa,apoi taiem felii subtirele, le punem într-o tigaie antiaderenta cu ceva ulei de masline si dam drumul la foc.

Rosiile le taiem felii si le adaugam deasupra cepei,
lasam sa sfîrîie.(eu am sarat rosiile,dar nu e nevoie)

Cînd începe sa se împrastie o aroma de ceapa prajita si rosii,
adaugam scamorza felii,si acoperim cu un capac.
