Acest dovleac este extraordinar de bun. Adica mie mi-l place, în mod deosebit.
În primul rînd este un dovleac care merge foarte bine la dulciuri-strudel, placinta, copt.
...dar potriveste foarte bine si la supele creme mai dulcege-acrisoare.
Pentru aceasta supa avem nevoie de :
- 1 kg dovleac Small Sugar, taiat cubulete
- 1 rosie decojita, curatata de sîmburi/felii
- 2 cartofi taieti cubulete
- 2 ceape tocate grob
- 3-4 morcoviori
- 1 lingura miere
- 1 l supa de pui sau legume
- 1 lingura otet de mere
- 50 g unt
- 1 legatura patrunjel
- sucul de la 2 portocale
- sare, piper, chili

Cînd ceapa se caramelizeaza usor pe margini,
adaugam rosiile si lasam putin la dunstuit.

apoi sucul portocalelor amestecat cu otetul de mere.
Adaugam legatura de patrunjel(o scot înainte de a face supa piure, dar se poate lasa în supa).

Timp de jumatate de ora lasati sa fiarba la foc moderat.
Daca dovleacul nu e moale, mai lasati 5 minute la fiert. Se face piure.
Se serveste cu file de portocala, sau felii de rosii prajite, crutoane, creme fraîche.

Este aromata, dulce-acrisoara dar fara a avea textura exotica.

Maya, am facut supica de dovleac. Ma intreb de ce nu m-a gandit pana acum la el ca leguma pentru supele celui mic. Din pacate eu am cam iutit-o si nu o sa pot sa ii dau acum, dar mai jumatate de dovleac si o sa ii fac si lui, special. Dovleacul folosit de mine e neaos romanesc din piata, ca altceva nu e pe aici :(. Sar'mana pentru reteta!

ReplyDeleteAmestecat cu un cartof,un morcovior,da un piure excelent.
Sau copt cu ceva zahar,sau miere si ceva scortisoara + 3-4 felioare de portocala,un desert super..iar pentru bb se poate face si asta piure.Are culoare frumoasa,este foarte aromat,si în general dovlecii au foarte multe vitamine :)
Toate retetele sunt foarte sanatoase si gustoase, cred ca ai o silueta de invidiat datorita ingredientelor folosite!
