Perele se curata, se taie pe jumatate. Curatam casuta de sîmburi.
Stropim perele cu zeama de lamîie si putina scortisoara.

Între timp m-am hotarît ca perele ar da mai bine felii.
Asa ca le-am aranjat pe margine.
În mijloc am pus o banana feliata(inspiratie pe moment :D )

Am batut albusurile spuma. Galbenusurile le-am frecat cu zaharul si coaja de lamîie, dupa care le-am adaugat la albusuri. Faina am amestecat-o cu maizena si praful de copt. Am adaugat încet la oulale spuma în timp ce mixam lejer. O parte din aluat am amestecat cu cacao.
Am turnat cele doua amestecuri..asa la întîmplare si am dat vasul în cuptorul preîncalzit la 170°C timp de 25 minute, dupa care am coborît temperatura la 160°C , am acoperit vasul cu folie de aluminiu si am mai lasat 15 -20 minute.
