Deci...strudelul asta cu mere,este inventat de doamnele de la Tuparware,pentru a-si prezenta scularia..eu am facut-o în scularia mea
Reteta a fost executata de mai multe persoane,printre care si eu..la tupperparty-ul Petunelei..am bagat la cutiuta,si am facut si eu..ca doar merge si în tava mea..nu numai a lor(apropos, a lor tava costa 115 euro)
Nu e nevoie de masuratori exacte..eu va spun totusi cam cît am folosit..asa de orientare
6 mere/dupa curatare- 700 g(înainte 1kg)
2 foi de foietaj
200 g creme fraîche/smîntîna groasa putintel acruta
2 pachetele zahar vanilat
100 g zahar
1 ou
200 ml smîntîna de frisca(apare mai încolo în poza)
1 lingurita de scortisoara

Daca doriti,tineti o parte din mere,pentru a le pune deasupra..reteta initial nu prevede aceasta operatie,dar si la party s-a întîmplat la fel..fiind prea multe mere..si pentru ca eu am apreciat acest lucru..am facut tot asa

Se acopera cu capac/folie..sau puneti de la început într-un vas la care aveti capac ) si se da luptorul preîncalzit la 180°C timp de 30 minute.

Nu am sectiune,dar cum ne-a placut fooooaaarte mult,o sa-l refac curînd,si revin cu sectiunea
Cel mai bun e cald..se poate reîncalzi fara probleme..cîte o bucata la MO.Foarte bun si reîncalzit.
merge si cu sos de vanilie,sau înghetata.
cel mai mult mi-a placut cu înghetata de mere cu miere mmmm
