500 gr faina
3 linguri zahar
2 oua + 1 galbenus
200 ml lapte caldut
25 g rdrojdie proaspata
3 plicuri zahar vanilat
un praf de sare
coaja de lamîie
Se pune faina în vas,se face o gaura în acre se toarna drojdia frecata cu ceva lapte caldut.

Am incercat mai multe retete de pe blogul tau si azi a venit ziua gogosilor..

Dana,dupa framîntare l-am lasat putin la dospit ,dar nu mult.
ReplyDeleteMerci ca ai zis...am mentionat si în reteta acum :)
Dupa ce am întins aluatul si am taiat cerculete,le-am lasat pîna le-am taiat pe toate,iar uleiul s-a încins..deci iar nu foarte mult :)
Sper sa-ti fi fost de ajutor :)
Ale mele sunt la dospit acuma. Abia astept sa vad ce iese. Mi-a trebuit mai multa faina decta cat ai scris in reteta, sau poate nu am facut eu conversia prea bine de la grame la cups...cam cu o cana jumate mai mult. Aluatul mi-a iesit mai lipicios si am pus un pic de ulei ca sa se desprinda de pe maini.

le-am facut, au iesit excelente. Le-am lasat vreo 2 ore la dospit, sa le fac cand vin copii si au fost fff bune.
