- 250 g piept de pui
- 2-3 linguri ulei de arahide
- 1 ceapa
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 1 morcov
- 100 g germeni de soia
- 1 lingura ketjup manis (sos dulce de soia)
- 1 lingurita pasta de chili dulce
- 1 priza pipier cayenne
- sare, piper dupa gust
- ulei pentru prajit
- 1 galbenus pt lipit foile (nu e neaparat nevoie, se lipesc si fara)
- foi de orez (eu am avut uscate)
- 1/2 lingurita sambal oelek
Tocam legumele si carnea.

Încingem wokul, punem uleiul de arahide, dupa care punem carnea.
Amestecam 1 minut, apoi adaugam ceapa si ustroiul, condimentam cu sare, piper si cayenne.

Adaugam si restul legumelor, amestecam bine vreo 2-3 minute, timp în care adaugam sosul de chili si ketjup manis. Degustam, condimentam daca e nevoie, apoi lasam la racit.

Se înmoaie foile scurt, în apa rece. Nu le lasati în apa pîna se înmoaie. Le tineti doar 5-10 secunde într-o farfurie cu apa. Le puneti pe masa de lucru.

Eu le-am uns cu galbenus pe margine. Dar am facut si fara si nu se dezlipesc.
Se pune umplutura pe mijloc si se împacheteaza asa :

Se încinge uleiul si se pun la prajit. Le rumeniti dupa plac.
Se scot pe un servet sa absoarba surplusul de grasime.
