Reteta inspirata de la Takitakikatoka
- 1,2 kg muschi
- 4 catei de usturoi (mari)
- 7-8 frunze de salvie
- cîteva ace de rozmarin
- cimbru (fac.)
- ulei de masline
- sare marina
- piper
În afara de carne si ulei,am pus toate ingredientele în mojar,
am pisat, apoi am adaugat uleiul si am amestecat.
Am facut taieturi în carne si am pus o parte din sosuletul de verdeturi si usturoi .
Dupa ce am sarat si piperat,am uns bucata de carne cu restul din sosuletul aromat, am pus bucata pe un gratar, pe care la rîndul lui
l-am pus într-o tava cu ceva apa si l-am dat la cuptor.
Daca mai e nevoie de apa pe parcursul coacerii...adaugati :D
Dupa aproape doua ore la 200 °C am scos-o din cuptor.
