Blatul de tarta
- 60 g migdale macinate (decojite daca se poate)
- 30 g faina
- 4 oua marime medie
- 60 g zahar
- 1 lingurita coaja de portocala (eu am folosit cumparata la plic)
- 1 zahar cu vanilie
- 1 lingurita praf de copt
- 1 budinca de vanilie
- 1 pliculet de Tortenguss (caragen)
- fructe - eu am ales nectarine si capsune - pentru culoare/contrast.

Se pun ouale într-un castron împreuna cu zaharul, coaja de portocala,
zaharul cu vanilie si se mixeaza pîna se tripleaza volumul.

le încorporam usor la spuma de oua si turnam acest amestec într-o tava de tarta,
unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina.

Dam în cuptorul încalzit în prealabil la 170°C timp de maxim 25 minute.
Între timp pregatim fructele pe care le stropim cu putin suc de lamîie,
pentru a-si pastra culoarea vioaie .

Cînd blatul e copt, îl rasturnam pe un gratar la racit.
Acest timp îl folosim pentru a face budinca pe care o preparam dupa indicatiile de pe plic.

cînd acesta se afla înca pe gratar!!
Am reusit sa-l transport pe platou,
bagînd doua cutite foarte late si lungi sub blat .

Mi-a placut foarte mult combinatia fructelor cu blatul de migdale!
MMmmmmm..ce bine arata, chiar am niste migdale pe aici si nu prea stiam ce sa fac cu ele, acum stiu ;-)

ReplyDeleteNu stiu cum s-ar putea prepara în casa. Tortenguss-ul e un extras din alge. Nu gasesti la pliculet? Agar-agar, e la fel. Poate gasesti sub denumirea asta?
