Cînd ceapa devine transparenta, adaugam varza si amestecam.
Pentru a fixa gustul de varza proaspata (dulce) adaugam o lingurita de zahar.
Piperam bine si amestecam iar.

Eu am avut o varza extraordinar de pufoasa si buna. A fiert foarte repede, fiind din cea noua. Nu a trebuit sa aduga nici un strop de apa. Am preparat-o în oala antiaderenta. Cine doreste, poate adauga si verdeata. Mararul merge super. Eu la varza noua, nu adaug verdeata, cînd o fac cu paste, ca sa-i simt gustul ... fara nici o alta aroma :)

Buna Maya! In sfarsit gasesc o reteta faina de varza cu paste fainoase! Mama mea era fan al acestei mancari pe vremuri dar nu a gatit-o demult si ma gandesc sa-i fac o surpriza :-) O intrebare am doar: e buna la gust si fara ceapa? Astept raspunsul tau. Mersi si FELICITARI pt calitatea pozelor dar mai ales pt TALENTUL tau deosebit de a gati bunatati!
