- 100 g zahar

- 1/4 coaja lamîie

Se pune faina împreuna cu untul, zaharul, oul si coaja de lamîie ( eu am avut din pachetel).

Coaja de lamîie,pe care am folosit-o.
- 1 kg pere
- 2 linguri zeama de lamîie
- 1 zahar vanilat
Perele se curata, se taie pe jumatate, se scoate casuta cu sîmburi. Le stropim cu zeama de lamîie pentru a pastra o culoare frumoasa. Punem zaharul valilat peste si amestecam.
- 250 g brînza de vaci cremoasa
- 200 g martipan
- 200 g smîntîna acrisoara
- 50 g zahar
- 1 galbenus
Punem brînza, martipanul taiat cubulete, smîntîna, zaharul si galbenusul într-un vas.

Tava se poate unge si tapeta sau folositi hîrtie de copt.
Am taiat niste bucatele de aluat, ca la formarea peretelui sa nu fie prea gros în unele locuri.

ReplyDeleteHmmm, din pacate nu stiu. Ai putea renunta la el si eventual adauga o lingura de amidon de porumb în crema, pentru a fi mai stabila.
