Punem cocosul în apa si-l fierbem 5 minute, din momentul în care începe a clocoti.
Lasam la racit, strecuram. Am obtinut 50 ml zeama. Restul a tras-o cocosul.
Cocosul ramas se poate folos în aceeasi zi, (mai are destula aroma) într-un chec,
de exemplu, blat de tort... sau presarat peste înghetata.

Al meu a fost extrem de dulce.
Deci, este o înghetata care se savureaza pe loc si este extraordinar de buna.
Daca nu dati la copilasi, serviti-o cu cu lichior de cocos (Batida de Coco).
