Am despicat bucata de piept în doua, deoarece am facut 2 fripturi umplute.
(una a primit-o cumnatul meu, cu tot cu punga :D ). Fiecare bucata, am taiat-o pe jumatate, dar nu de tot, ci încît sa se deschida ca o carte.
Am facut un piure din rosii, usturoi, sare, piper si ceva busuioc.
Cu aceasta pasta am uns interiorul carnii. Am adaugat un rînd de ciuperci feliate.

Am închis si condimentat carnea pe ambele parti cu sare, piper,
praf de chili, busuioc si oregano uscat.

Ciupercile, cascavalul, sosul de rosii, a lasat o zeama gustoasa .
(nu e nevoie de ulei).

În cuptor, a stat cam 45-50 minute la 200 °C.

Garnitura a fost un orez cu mazare.
- 250 g orez
- 400 g mazare
- 1 ceapa violeta
- 3-4 linguri de ulei de masline
- sare
- piper
- marar tocat
- 500 zeama de ciuperci (din congeltor, preparata de mine)

Tocam ceapa si o punem la încins în uleiul de masline.
Cînd devine transparenta adaugam orezul, amestecam putin.

Mazarea,am adaugat-o doar spre sfîrsit, ca era asa tinerica si frageda, ca s-a fiert în 5 minute.

Nu am eu Bergkasse dar uitandu-ma pe google zic ca ca pot sa il inlocuiesc cu o branza de pe aici (Saint Nectaire sau alta). Nu ma las cu una, cu doua !!!

ReplyDeleteîn orice caz,cel mai bine e un cascaval vechi.Macar 6 luni sa aibe.Cui îi place foarte mult parmezanul,poate pune linistit si pe cel odinit si 24 de luni!

ReplyDeleteNu ma omor eu nici dupa brînzeturi,Fiica mea e mare amatoare..singuru care nu-l adora deloc..e parmezanul,de aceea am pus Bergkäese-le asta.Si chiar aveam unu mai tinerel de 6 luni,dar cu cît e mai batrîn,cu atît e mai intensiv în aroma.De aceea îmi place si parmezanul vechi de 2 ani :)
