Se face o crema din smîntîna groasa,sau Creme fraîche.Se piseaza putin usturoi,si ceva ierburi dupa preferinta..sau se pune Creme fraîche-ul asa pur..Se pune bacon taiat felii subtiri,se decoreaza cu ceapa taiata pestisori si se da la cuptor la 230 °C..se lasa..pîna va place culoarea
