- 3 catei de usturoi
- 1 rosie, marime medie
- 125 g prosciutto cotto
- 1 legatura mica de patrunjel
- 125 smîntîna subtire( de frisca )
- cascaval ras
- ulei de masline, sare, piper
Se spala ciupercile, se sterg cu un servet curat sau hîrtie de bucatarie.
Se îndeparteaza coditele, dar se pastreaza !

Se toaca coditele ciupercilor. Se toaca fin ceapa, usturoiul si patrunjelul.
Rosia se curata de coaja si sîmburi si se taie cubulete. Sunca se taie marunt.

Se pune ceapa la prajit în ulei de masline. Nu se maroneste, ci se lasa pîna devine usor aurie.

Se aduga rosia si patrunjelul tocat si se mai lasa 1-2 minute la foc moderat.

Se toarna si smîntîna, se lasa putin sa scada. Degustati.
Daca mai trebuie adaugata sare ( atentie, sunca poate fi destul de sarata! ) adaugati.
