Reteta by Luciana
- 1 pliculet de drojdie uscata
- 520 g faina(am pus eu)
- 2 linguri de miere pline, pline
- 250 ml lapte
- 1 lingura rasa de sare
- 25 g unt moale/topit
Drojdia se dizolva în 2 linguri de apa calduta, se lasa la cescut vreo 10-15 minute.
Laptele l-am încalzit împreuna cu untul în MO. Doar caldut !

Am lasat-o vreo 10 minute la crescut . Am pus si mierea, am dat drumul la framîntat,
în timp ce turnam si laptele. Dupa 30 minute de crescut:

Se împarte aluatul în doua, se roleaza si se taie asa:

ReplyDeleteAm facut si eu cornuletele astazi dar mie nu mi-au iesit asa pufoase..cred ca data viitoare o sa folosesc drojdie proaspata poate am mai mult succes.Inca ceva eu nu am masina de paine le-am framintat cu mana este oare asta gresala?

Lale,nu trebuie facut la masina de pîine.Ies foarte bine si framîntate cu mîna.Eu am framîntat la robot.Dar asta nu e un aluat dificil.
