- 5 cepe
- 3 morcovi
- 1 rosie
- usturoi
- un ardei (de care vreti)
- o legatura de patrunjel proaspat
- sare si piper dupa gust
- inimi si pipote 700-800 g

Se toaca ceapa mai grob si se lasa la calit, pina devine transparenta.
Se adauga morcovii, rosia,usturoiul si ardeiul tocate cubulete, se mai lasa asa vreo 5-10 minute, dupa care se sareaza si pipereaza dupa gust... bineînteles ca mai puteti folosi si alte condimente.

Se pun pipotele, inimile si verdeata si se lasa pîna sînt fierte (faceti proba) . Normal verdeata tocata se adauga aproape la sfîrsit, dar la noi se lasa sa se fiarba...la unii nu le place :D
