1pachetel zahar vanilat
1 lingura cafea solubila
150 g faina
o lingurita praf de copt
90 g smintina groasa
Pentru aluat puneti în robot untul si zaharul, frecati spuma, adaugati ouale, vanilia si cafeaua dizolvata intr-o lingura de apa calda.Adaugati faina împreuna cu prafulul de copt si smîntîna si amestecati totul bine. Turnati într-o tava tapetata cu hîrtie de copt si dati la cuptor, la 160°C pentru 30-40 minute.

Pentru glazura dizolvati cafeaua intr-o lingura de apa calda si amestecati-o impreuna cu untul topit in zaharul pudra, pina obtineti o pasta omogena.
