Se mixeaza albusurile bine,apoi se freaca/mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul si vanilia.
Faina se amesteca cu praful de copt .
amestecati albusele spuma cu galbenusele,apoi încorporati usor faina si turnati peste fructe.

Se da la cuptorul încins în prealabil la 165 °C-170°C si lasati pîna devine aurie(ca. 35-max 40 minute)
